Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine veinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 taepase tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon suger
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender
  2. Makes 6 servings
  3. Keeps for 1 week
