Benihana Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine veinegar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 taepase tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoon suger
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Makes 6 servings
- Keeps for 1 week
