Benihana Ginger Sauce
Ingredients
- 5 ounces of sliced onion, rinsed in running water for 15 minutes
- 2 ounces ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 lemon, peeled and chopped, squeezed
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1 cup vinegar
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in blender
- Keeps for 1 week
