Ingredients

  • 5 ounces of sliced onion, rinsed in running water for 15 minutes
  • 2 ounces ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled and chopped, squeezed
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 cup vinegar

  1. Combine ingredients in blender
  2. Keeps for 1 week
