Pancakes
Dry ingredients
- 2 cups flour
 - 3 Tbsp sugar
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 2 tsp baking powder
 - (cinnamon for apple pancakes)
 
Wet ingredients
- 2 eggs
 - 2-3 Tbsp oil
 - 3/4 cup yogurt (Robyn likes to use vanilla)
 - 1 cup milk (or more)
 - fruit of your choice
 
Makes enough for 3 hungry people (or 1 Penny)
