Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • (cinnamon for apple pancakes)

Wet ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 Tbsp oil
  • 3/4 cup yogurt (Robyn likes to use vanilla)
  • 1 cup milk (or more)
  • fruit of your choice

Makes enough for 3 hungry people (or 1 Penny)
